My son Justin and I hunted for four days last September during the muzzleloader deer season.  I had a fantastic time. Both my son and I shot trophy-class deer, and the staff and facilities were outstanding.  It was my first time at Scattered Acres, but not my last.  I have already booked a hunt for next year and am planning to make this a regular event.  Even if the hunting was bad, which it's not, I think the meals that they provided us would be worth coming for.  Sheldon's aunts are outstanding cooks.

Everything about Scattered Acers Rocked!  The wild birds were so awesome to hunt! Hunting behind their dogs was a great experience. SAO is a great place! Our Guides Ryan and Kellen were awesome. The dogs worked hard and were equally impressive retrievers. We were served great meals by Lori and her helpers. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The Owner Sheila was very welcoming and has a wonderful team assembled. I definitely recommend SAO and hope to return soon.

First time pheasant hunting and I will admit this place has spoiled me. Great accommodations, good food cooked for us, bar ready to go, games, skeet, THE ViEWS, guide was entertaining and knowledgeable ( even for an OU sooner fan),  dogs hunted and chased hard, good tough chasing roosters in the morning and a shootout of birds in the afternoon, birds dressed for us when we left and will definitely be back again.

I took two friends of mine on the combo hunt November 20th. We had a great time! The lodging was impressive and extremely comfortable. The Rogge family was great to us from hosting to guiding to cooking and general socialization. Setting up and booking the hunt was a breeze and the hunting was fantastic. There is nothing like a big rooster pheasant getting up and cackling in front of you. We will go again. I am just waiting on confirmation from some friends so I can know how many of us there will be ( probably 6) so I can book next year. Great time, Great family, Great hunting!!!!!!! What more could you want? PS. Good luck to Sheldon (our guide) in the Oklahoma game. Rollllllllllll Tide.........
