Spring burning has begun! It always amazes me how a fire has so much energy and intensity. Can't help but think of the homesteaders and the helplesness they felt when a fire was racing across the prairie.
Seen plenty of hens and roosters flying for cover, and the mating season has begun. Many closeups of roosters staying with their honeys.
